SANAL model bits have roller bearings and rubber toric seals. It is designed for drilling at high rotational speed. It has the following advantages:
- rollers are located in a groove machined in a cone, which lets increase the size of a spike. In this case, the bit can operate at high axial load and high rotation speed.
- surface of the thrust bearings is covered with a layer of high-strength material, that improves reliability of the bearings and increase permissible axial load.
